Both can be overridden by family-law courts where there are significant fairness concerns. Nuppact does not hide this. It is deliberately designed to strengthen, not weaken, the financially vulnerable partner.

Optional annual renewal

A contract that gets stronger over time.

On the anniversary of signing, both partners are optionally prompted to review, update, and re-sign. $5 if you choose to. Every version archived with its own execution record. A private contract that two people voluntarily reaffirm each year is a meaningfully stronger legal artefact than a one-off document.
